(Hydro One) announced today that it received a decision on its appeal to the Ontario Divisional Court regarding the Ontario Energy Board's (OEB) decision on the deferred tax asset. The Ontario Divisional Court set aside the decision of the OEB, and ordered that the matter be returned to the OEB to correct the errors identified and make the appropriate tax savings allocations.
