NASHUA, N.H. (AP) _ Icad inc. (ICAD) on Monday reported a loss of $11.8 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Nashua, New Hampshire-based company said it had a loss of 59 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 20 cents per share.
The imaging and early cancer detection company posted revenue of $6.6 million in the period.
Icad shares have risen 58% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $12.28, more than doubling in the last 12 months.
