LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 26, 2013) - The Independent Film Development Corporation (OTCBB: IFLM) recently unveiled a new corporate logo at a recent Hollywood premiere of the independent film "Road to Juarez."

"The release of the new logo is the first part of IFLM's vast rebranding strategy we have been developing," said IFLM's CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jeff Ritchie. "At this time we are putting the finishing touches on new presentation materials which should be available for investors soon."

"Additionally, we have identified and are in discussions with key personnel to join the IFLM team shortly," Ritchie continued. "These individuals have the knowledge and experience IFLM needs to effectively implement our new business plan and meet the milestones we are setting for the company."

"This is an exciting time for IFLM as we transition from a concept into a viable distribution company with a business plan that can take advantage of current market opportunities in the independent film world," Ritchie concluded.

"Road to Juarez" is the feature film directing debut of David Ponce De Leon. Many members of Hollywood's independent film community were on hand for the film's premiere, including producers Amir Delara and M.E. Garza.

Amir Delara and M.E. Garza served as producers on the new independent film "SNAP" starring Jake Hoffman, Nikki Reid, Scott Bakula and Thomas Dekker that premiered at this month's South By Southwest Film Festival. Delara is also the producer of "Filly Brown" starring Gina Rodriguez, Edward James Olmos, and Jenny Rivera, which has an upcoming major theatrical release.
