Imperva`s Meredith Scheraldi Named to the
2014 CRN Women of the Channel List

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., June 3, 2014 - Imperva Inc. (IMPV), pioneering the third pillar of enterprise security with a new layer of protection designed specifically for physical and virtual data centers, today announced that Meredith Scheraldi, Director of Pathways Marketing, has been named to the 2014 CRN Women of the Channel. The annual list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution, and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the IT channel industry as a whole. In addition, Meredith was recognized by the CRN editorial staff as one of the 16 Channel Up-And-Comers. This is a new list for 2014 giving special recognition to rising-star female executives at companies across the channel.

Last year, Scheraldi helped launch a series of global programs that supported Imperva`s channel-first strategy while helping grow partner sales. These programs included launching an integrated Corporate and Global Channel Marketing communications program that provides timely, targeted information to Imperva`s channel partners. She also refocused the company`s marketing programs to more quickly provide enablement, tools, marketing programs and other resources to the company`s global network of channel partners. These efforts helped Imperva add many partners worldwide and led to double-digit year-over-year growth for Imperva`s top partner organizations. These programs also helped Imperva`s partners to grow their business and expand their cybersecurity footprint with Imperva`s leading data center security solutions.
