New Indian-based air carrier Akasa Air has signed an agreement with SmartKargo to implement its state-of-the-art air cargo management solution that will digitally enable the launch and growth of the airline's cargo business. Akasa will deploy the SmartKargo solution across all functional areas of its cargo business, serving all its destinations pan India.

The Indian-based airline will deploy the SmartKargo solution across all functional areas of its cargo business, serving all its destinations throughout India. The new state-of-the-art platform will allow Akasa Air to launch its Cargo business and meet its goals today and tomorrow with robust Cargo management solution capabilities and advanced technologies such as business intelligence, real-time information, and machine learning. The solution will interface seamlessly with the airline's other systems and third-party providers via APIs -- for fast integration and deployment.
