CELAYA, Mexico (AP) _ Industrias Bachoco SAB de CV (IBA) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $36.6 million.

The Celaya, Mexico-based company said it had net income of 73 cents per share.

The poultry producer posted revenue of $918.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $184.1 million, or $3.68 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.45 billion.

Industrias Bachoco shares have dropped 6.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $42.21, a decrease of 14% in the last 12 months.
