CRANBURY, N.J. (AP) _ Innophos Holdings Inc. (IPHS) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $4.8 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Cranbury, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 24 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 54 cents per share.
The phosphorous supplier posted revenue of $192.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $36.1 million, or $1.82 per share. Revenue was reported as $801.8 million.
Innophos shares have risen 30 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 26 percent in the last 12 months.
