ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) _ Innospec Inc. (IOSP) on Tuesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $4.8 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of 20 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.47 per share.
The specialty chemicals company posted revenue of $353.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $61.8 million, or $2.52 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.31 billion.
Innospec shares have decreased 5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $67.05, a decline of 3 percent in the last 12 months.
