Inter Pipeline starts reviewing options after rejecting Brookfield bid

Feb 18 (Reuters) - Canada's Inter Pipeline Ltd saidon Thursday it has launched a review of options, which couldinclude a 'corporate transaction', just weeks after it rejecteda $5.6 billion bid from its largest shareholder BrookfieldInfrastructure Partners.

The company will continue to seek a partner for an interestin its Heartland Petrochemical Complex during the reviewprocess, it said.(Reporting by Shariq Khan in Bengaluru; Editing by Arun Koyyur)
