ELYRIA, Ohio (AP) _ Invacare Corp. (IVC) on Wednesday reported a loss of $17.7 million in its fourth quarter.
The Elyria, Ohio-based company said it had a loss of 54 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 42 cents per share.
The wheelchair, crutches and motorized scooter company posted revenue of $250.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $76.5 million, or $2.34 per share. Revenue was reported as $966.5 million.
Invacare shares have climbed almost 2 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 52 percent in the last 12 months.
