U.S. stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) sink as investors flee stocks and rush into U.S. government bonds. Oil is also taking another hit with prices falling to a 12-year low. Tim Anderson, managing director of TJM Investments, joins us from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for the latest market action.
