Invitation Homes Prices Secondary Offering

DALLAS, Sept. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Invitation Homes Inc. (INVH) ("Invitation Homes" or the "Company") announced today the pricing of a secondary offering of 44,000,000 shares of Invitation Homes common stock by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone at $28.25 per share.  The offering is expected to close on September 23, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

Invitation Homes is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering. In addition, none of Invitation Homes' officers or directors are selling any shares of common stock beneficially owned by them in the offering.
