SANTIAGO, Chile, March 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ITAÚ CORPBANCA (NYSE: ITCB; SSE: ITAUCORP) announced that it filed today a Material Event Notice reporting that in the event that the distribution is approved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting to be held on March 19, 2019, dividends will be paid upon the conclusion of the shareholders meeting with the Chilean Financial Market Commission and with the Chilean Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions.
