NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ J. Alexander's Holdings Inc. (JAX) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $771,000, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Nashville, Tennessee-based company said it had net income of 5 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, came to 6 cents per share.
The casual dining restaurants operator posted revenue of $56.9 million in the period.
J. Alexander's expects full-year revenue in the range of $248 million to $250 million.
J. Alexander's shares have climbed 18% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $9.75, a drop of 13% in the last 12 months.
