TOKYO, April 22 (Reuters) - Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said on Thursday that Japan aims to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 46 percent by 2030 from levels recorded in 2013, and that he would announce this at an imminent international climate summit.
