NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - January 13, 2014) - JetBlue Airways Corporation (JBLU) reported its preliminary traffic results for December 2013. Traffic in December increased 12.7 percent from December 2012, on a capacity increase of 9.0 percent.
Load factor for December 2013 was 82.9 percent, an increase of 2.8 points from December 2012. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 98.5 percent and its on-time (1) performance was 63.6 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of December increased 13 percent year over year.
