HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) _ John Wiley & Sons Inc. (JW.A) on Wednesday reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $44.7 million.
On a per-share basis, the Hoboken, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 79 cents. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs, came to 85 cents per share.
The publisher posted revenue of $466.2 million in the period.
John Wiley & Sons expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.34 to $2.45 per share, with revenue in the range of $1.86 billion to $1.89 billion.
John Wiley & Sons shares have risen roughly 1% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 14% in the last 12 months.
