Judge delays BofA's $8.5B mortgage settlement, reports Reuters

Justice Saliann Scarpulla of New York state court in Manhattan, took over the Bank of America's case this week regarding its proposed $8.5B settlement with investors in soured mortgage securities, and has now agreed to delay the decision from taking effect until at least February 19, say lawyers involved in the case, reports Reuters.
