The patients and staff at Methodist Children’s Hospital got the surprise of their lives when none other than Justin Timberlake showed up for a visit!

The 37-year-old pop star, in town for a show on his Man of the Woods tour, popped in at the San Antonio-based medical facility Friday afternoon ahead of his concert on Saturday.

“It’s amazing. The kids are so strong, man. It’s inspirational,” Timberlake said in one video shared on social media while at the hospital.

Photos appeared all over Twitter and Instagram following the musician’s appearance, showing him posing with patients and staff members and throwing up peace signs with one young fan.

Timberlake even helped one patient celebrate a big milestone: ringing a bronze bell, a tradition at the hospital to celebrate finishing a final round of chemotherapy.

The visit came after a video, titled “JT See Me!”, of kids at the hospital requesting the singer’s presence went viral, garnering over 35,000 views since it was posted on Jan. 15.

In the clip, set to Timberlake’s uplifting tune “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”, the adorable youngsters danced and held up signs saying, “JT See Me!”

Speaking with Today, one appreciative mom named Annabella Lugosi said the former ‘NSYNC member was “so humble” and “took time with each individual child in his or her own room.”

“You could really tell that this wasn’t for publicity or anything like that,” Lugosi said. “He genuinely wanted to be a bright spot in these kids’ lives for a day.”

Following the sweet gesture, Timberlake went one step further — he gave patient Maria “the VIP treatment” at his concert, which she arrived to via limo and had a front-and-center view during.

The entertainer even gave her “a shout-out” during his set, pointing right at Maria in one clip and reaching down to say hello at another point.

“We want to thank Justin Timberlake for visiting with our amazing kids and their families!” the hospital expressed on Facebook alongside a group photo. “We also want to say thank you to YOU! for helping make this possible by sharing and liking their video. #JTSawMe
