Kaley Cuoco Reveals Why She Won't Have Christmas Decorations or Get a Tree This Year

Kaley Cuoco is excited to get some time off from a busy schedule to enjoy the holidays, however she's pretty bummed about not being able to totally immerse herself in the festive spirit and lamented to fans about what she'll miss most this Christmas. The "Big Bang Theory" star shared a series of videos to her Instagram Stories on Monday explaining that she and husband Carl Cook are in-between homes as the construction on their new digs has not yet been completed.

Addressing fans in a series of videos, Cuoco appeared tired and frustrated about where her holiday season is ending up.

"These last few weeks have flown by, we went to Thailand and I've been in NY and all of a sudden it's Christmas," Cuoco said while explaining her recent schedule.

She has been in Bangkok, Thailand for several weeks shooting for a new project called, "The Flight Attendant."

"It's flown by which means it's been incredible and hitch free - although I'll be returning home with nowhere to acually live lol," she continued.

"Carl and I are between houses," as their new house is not ready and the star's old house is packed up.

She explained that they actually do have a place to stay, and will be living temporarily at her condo, but that, "I'm sad we won't have a tree and Xmas decorations."

"That's like my favorite, getting the house all decorated" Cuoco said dejectedly. She admits she got "a little upset" about the situation, but is grateful she has a place to live with the ones she loves.

"I was bummed and worried about space for our 5 dogs but I realized we are blessed to have a place at all. We were so excited to get in the new house but there have been a few hiccups which isn't surprising."

Cuoco said their new home still won't be ready for several months, and she's not happy about the wait.

However, she writes:

"It's ok! We will do it big next year in our new home with our little furry family. Truly can't wait to see my fam, friends and all the animals!!!"

She also promised to have "all the decorations" next year.

Along with the sad news, Cuoco recently had some joy when she received a visit from one of her friends while on set in NY. On Monday afternoon she shared a photo of herself along with Dateline correspondent Andrea Canning and her son George, who was born back in June.

"Got a visit from my favorite @datelinenbc host @andreacanning ! And she brought her babyyyyy! This badass woman has 6 kids, hosts the coolest show on tv, writes movies and looks like that! I think she’s a queen! 💥 we really can do it all," Cuoco wrote.
