From Cosmopolitan

Yes, the royal family has their nannies, but Kate Middleton still puts in so much work every day trying to raise these royal babies. It ain't easy! And the duchess is here to tell everyone exactly that.

While speaking at the launch of FamilyLine, a national helpline that provides support for anyone facing issues in their family, Kate opened up about how difficult parenting can be, especially after the babies get a little older. She told volunteers, "Everybody experiences the same struggle." Then she added, "You get a lot of support with the baby years...particularly in the early days up to the age of about one, but after that there isn't a huge amount-lots of books to read."

Now, I don't have any kids and I'm no royal, but I'm going to take her word for it. I mean, taking temperamental children to work events and having to raise them while the whole world is watching must provide it's own set of challenges.

One volunteer acknowledged how being a royal does give Kate different advantages, but raising a family is hard no matter who you are. They said, "Why she's a great supporter of our service is that she does recognize that families have the same pressures and struggles and she's no exception. She may have slightly different circumstances to the rest of us but, you know, being a parent is being a parent."

And there ya have it, folks. Be 👏nice 👏to 👏the👏parents!👏
