It's been a busy week for the royal family, as Prince Charles celebrates his 70th birthday.

Following the release of those already iconic family photos, Kate Middleton and Prince William have stepped out in South Yorkshire for a busy day of events. Despite it being Prince Charles' birthday today, the work never stops for the young royals, who have a busy case of multi-tasking on their hands.

For their first event of the day, Kate Middleton and Prince William are opening McLaren Automotive's new Composites Technology Centre in Yorkshire, England. For the occasion, Kate wore a blue dress, featuring a belted waist, shirt buttons, and a collar. The Duchess opted for her trusty navy pumps and carried a small clutch bag:

Later in the day, Kate and Prince William will also visit Centrepoint, a charity which supports homeless young people in the United Kingdom.

Since returning from maternity leave, Kate has been incredibly busy. To mark the 100th anniversary of the signing of the armistice which ended the First World War, the Duchess of Cambridge attended a series of events in the weekend to commemorate the occasion.

Photographed alongside her husband Prince William, and in-laws Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Kate looked stunning in a dark green coat with a velvet trim at Westminster Abbey's evening service on Sunday. And, somewhat understandably, fans were elated to see the royal Fab Four reunited once more:
