At Terrain, KB Home will construct 120 new ranch-style paired homes in six new floor plans. With up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to 1,700 square feet, the homes at Terrain allow for single-story living and desirable design characteristics like spacious great rooms, ample storage space, finished basement options and covered patios. Pricing begins from the $360,000s.

Residents at Terrain can enjoy resort-style community amenities, which include a clubhouse, pool, playground, picnic pavilion and tennis courts. Canine residents can run and play at Dog Bone Park. Nearly half of the land in the Terrain master plan is reserved for parks, open space and preservation, and a network of interconnected trails increases walkability while offering wildlife observation areas.
