Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest had an interesting morning on the set of their talk show when they ended up in bed with another star ... and Ripa got a bit randy! The action went down Thursday morning on "LIVE with Kelly and Ryan" as they were joined by Jerry O'Connell while he's out promoting the new season of his show, "Carter."
For whatever reason, Ripa, Seacrest and O'Connell all ended up in bed together, but it's what went on underneath the sheets that put the studio in an uproar!
They Got Close
Things got akward while the three stars were snuggling up, and Kelly Ripa began to explain what happened.
"Because I'm such a creature of habit I got in the bed ... and Mark sleeps on the left so I was rubbing my leg up against Jerry," she admitted, referring to her husband Mark Consuelos.
However, Ripa did not know why Jerry was so uncomfortable ... until she saw that he was wearing no pants.
No wonder he was so horrified that I was rubbing up against him! I was touching his naked legs with my satin legs!"
The Party Continued
The fun didn't stop in the makeshift bedroom, as Jerry O'Connell continued the no-pants action after Ripa and Seacrest resumed their normal morning duties. As the two were going over messages they received from fans, O'Connell came sliding on to the set wearing his pajama shirt and nothing else.
Entering like Tom Cruise in "Risky Business," the star slid across the stage and even opened up his shirt to make sure audience members got their eyes on the complete package.
'Carter' Season 2
Jerry O'Connell's TV series, "Carter" is set to return for a second season on WGN America. The show revolves around O'Connell playing the role of Harley Carter, the star of a hit detective show on TV. After Hollywood becomes too much to handle, Carter trades fame to return to his roots in his hometown but finds himself involved in actual mysteries that take the know-how he learned as a Hollywood detective.
The new season of "Carter" premieres 10 PM on WGN America ... and there's no guarantee O'Connell will be wearing any pants.
