BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) _ Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc. (KW) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $50.8 million.
On a per-share basis, the Beverly Hills, California-based company said it had profit of 36 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, were 75 cents per share.
The real estate investment and services company posted revenue of $143.7 million in the period.
Kennedy-Wilson shares have increased 18% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $21.52, an increase of 3% in the last 12 months.
