Kennedy Wilson Increases Quarterly Dividend By 21%


Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson (KW) today announced a 21% increase in the common dividend per share to $0.17 per quarter or $0.68 on an annualized basis. The Company will pay a quarterly dividend to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2017 with a payment date of April 6, 2017. This is the sixth consecutive annual dividend increase, over which time the quarterly dividend has increased by 325%.
