HANOVER, Md. (AP) _ The KEYW Holding Corp. (KEYW) on Wednesday reported a loss of $3.9 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Hanover, Maryland-based company said it had a loss of 8 cents.
The provider of cybersecurity services to defense, intelligence and national security agencies posted revenue of $68.3 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $75.4 million.
KEYW shares have fallen 19 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $9.54, an increase of 35 percent in the last 12 months.
