EAST GREENVILLE, Pa. (AP) _ Knoll Inc. (KNL) on Thursday reported first-quarter profit of $18 million.
The East Greenville, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 37 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 41 cents per share.
The workplace furniture and textile maker posted revenue of $332.8 million in the period.
Knoll shares have increased 25 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $20.56, an increase of nearly 1 percent in the last 12 months.
