The ETF known as the KraneShares FTSE Emerging Markets Plus ETF (Cboe: KEMP) is about to undergo some significant changes.

In a statement issued Monday after the close of U.S. markets, New York-based KraneShares said it plans to alter that fund's investment objective while changing its ticker and listing venue.

The fund “will move its primary listing from the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. to NYSE Arca Inc. ("NYSE"), effective on or about August 1, 2018. The Fund is transferring to NYSE in order to remain consistent with the rest of KraneShares ETFs,” according to the statement.

Following the move to the NYSE, the fund will be known as the KraneShares MSCI China All Shares Index ETF and trade under the ticker “KALL.” That fund will track the MSCI China All Shares Index, according to the issuer.

As it currently exists, KEMP is weighted by countries' GDP and has a sizable combined allocation to China and India. The ETF is more than three years old.
