HOUSTON (AP) _ Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. (KRA) on Monday reported a loss of $3.7 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 29 cents per share.
The specialty chemical company posted revenue of $415.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $107.3 million, or $3.43 per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.74 billion.
Kraton shares have declined 3.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $27.49, a rise of 64 percent in the last 12 months.
