Kronos Worldwide: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

DALLAS (AP) _ Kronos Worldwide Inc. (KRO) on Monday reported fourth-quarter net income of $24 million.

On a per-share basis, the Dallas-based company said it had net income of 21 cents.

The maker of titanium dioxide pigments posted revenue of $349.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $205 million, or $1.77 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.66 billion.

Kronos Worldwide shares have risen 31 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $15.04, a decline of 37 percent in the last 12 months.
