EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Oct. 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NASDAQ: LMRK) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution of $0.20 per common unit, or $0.80 per common unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. The distribution is payable on November 12, 2021, to common unitholders of record as of November 2, 2021.

The Partnership plans to publicly release its third quarter 2021 earnings results prior to the opening of U.S. financial markets on Friday, November 5, 2021. Interested parties are invited to listen to a conference call hosted by management discussing the Partnership’s earnings results. The conference call will be limited to management’s prepared remarks, with no question-and-answer session following the remarks.
