Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Groupon (GRPN): Some 6,900 January 12 calls were purchased, mostly for $0.35 to $0.43, as investors look for upside in the stock price. GRPN rose 3 percent to $11.67.

Oracle (ORCL): More than 3,000 February 38 puts were bought, mostly for $1, as investors brace for downside in the software giant. ORCL rose 0.45 percent to $38.16.

International Game Technology (IGT): Some 2,200 February 18 puts were bought, mostly for $1.05, as investors position for a pullback in the share price. IGT rose 0.56 percent to $18.
