HILLSBORO, Ore. (AP) _ Lattice Semiconductor Corp. (LSCC) on Tuesday reported first-quarter earnings of $8.2 million.
On a per-share basis, the Hillsboro, Oregon-based company said it had net income of 6 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and amortization costs, were 15 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 15 cents per share.
The chipmaker posted revenue of $97.3 million in the period, missing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $98.9 million.
For the current quarter ending in July, Lattice said it expects revenue in the range of $95 million to $105 million.
Lattice shares have climbed 2% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $19.55, a climb of 53% in the last 12 months.
