The theme for this year's conference, which takes place March 26-29, 2019, is "Shared Future, Concerted Action, Common Development."
For the second year, Lennar International is one of only 63 companies from around the world and one of only 6 U.S.-based companies that has been accepted as a Diamond Member of Bo'ao Forum of Asia.

Marlin, who has an extensive background in homebuilding, capital formation, and law, will discuss global real estate trends on the panel themed "The Real Estate Market: 30 Years of Ups & Downs," which will explore the evolution of the Chinese housing market over the past 30 years and look forward to the role of the real estate market in the Chinese economy over the next 10 years. Guan Qingyou, Chief Economist and President of Rushi Advanced Institute of Finance, will moderate the panel. Marlin will be joined by an esteemed group of panelists:
