Libbey: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) _ Libbey Inc. (LBY) on Wednesday reported a loss of $4 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Toledo, Ohio-based company said it had a loss of 18 cents.

The glass tableware producer posted revenue of $211.6 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $8 million, or 36 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $801.1 million.

Libbey shares have increased 47 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $5.71, a decline of 5 percent in the last 12 months.
