ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) _ Liberty Media Corp. (FWONK) on Thursday reported a first-quarter loss of $148 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of 64 cents per share.
The media and entertainment company posted revenue of $246 million in the period.
Liberty Media shares have climbed 25% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $38.52, a climb of 28% in the last 12 months.
