After Kaitlin's mom gave her permission to buy a Barbie doll on the family Amazon account for her birthday, she didn't think twice before giving her child the account information again so that Kaitlin could check her order status, Buzzfeed News reported.

Once unattended Kaitlin decided to treat herself to a few more items on her mom's account...and then a few more after that buying herself $350 worth of toys and video games. It wasn't until her massive order arrived that her parents learned what happened.

Kaitlin's older cousin Ria Diyaolu shared a photo of Kaitlin's jaw-dropping Amazon score on Twitter, where it blew up.

"My badass little cousin ordered $300 worth of toys w/o my aunt & uncle knowing," reads the tweet. "This is a picture of how everyone found out."

On Wednesday, Diyaolu tweeted an update to this summer's sweetest scammer story and revealed that her cousin ultimately decided to donate all of her toys to a children's hospital.

Diyaolu tweeted: "Kaitlin chose to donate all of the toys to the Children’s Hospital where she stayed for a week when she was a baby! She wanted to give a little joy to those who aren't well."

It's too bad Kaitlin wasn't able to keep her loot, but we're glad she decided to give her toys to those in need.
