LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) _ Logitech International SA (LOGI) on Monday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $42.1 million.
The Lausanne, Switzerland-based company said it had net income of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, came to 38 cents per share.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 30 cents per share.
The maker of keyboards, webcams and other computer accessories posted revenue of $624.3 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $619.4 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $257.6 million, or $1.52 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.79 billion.
Logitech shares have increased 34% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 12% in the last 12 months.
