Logitech says Laube will resign from company board

NEW YORK (AP) -- Logitech International SA said Wednesday that Richard Laube will resign from board of directors.

The company said Laube wanted to focus on his job as CEO of Nobel Biocare Holding. Laube will step down after the company's annual shareholder meeting Sept. 5. He has been on Logitech's board since 2008.

Logitech is based in Switzerland, and it makes computer accessories, video conferencing equipment and other gadgets.
