NETANYA, Israel (AP) _ MagicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL) on Monday reported second-quarter net income of $4.1 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Netanya, Israel-based company said it had profit of 25 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, were 33 cents per share.
The internet phone company posted revenue of $20 million in the period.
MagicJack shares have stayed the same since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $8.45, an increase of 10 percent in the last 12 months.
