NETANYA, Israel (AP) _ MagicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL) on Friday reported a loss of $2.8 million in its fourth quarter.
The Netanya, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 17 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for pretax expenses and non-recurring costs, came to 43 cents per share.
The internet phone company posted revenue of $20.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $25 million, or $1.55 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $88 million.
MagicJack shares have fallen nearly 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Friday, shares hit $8.40, an increase of nearly 2 percent in the last 12 months.
