PEMBROKE, Bermuda (AP) _ Maiden Holdings Ltd. (MHLD) on Monday reported a loss of $15.4 million in its second quarter.
The Pembroke, Bermuda-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 27 cents per share.
The reinsurance holding company posted revenue of $189.9 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $165.9 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit 55 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $4.40.
