MORRISTOWN, N.J. (AP) _ Majesco (MJCO) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $1.2 million.

The Morristown, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 3 cents per share.

The insurance software developer posted revenue of $36.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $6.9 million, or 18 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $139.9 million.

Majesco shares have risen 16% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 57% in the last 12 months.
