As an in-store marketing firm, Majestic Integrated Promotion Consultants will be partnering with three local retailers to do inside sales, brand marketing, and customer acquisitions for top names in satellite, security, and mass communications. Munoz has plans to expand into additional retailers in Hammond, LA this month as well. For 2016, Majestic IPC predicts expansion into five to seven additional locations by the end of the year.
In order to facilitate this growth, Market Manager Munoz has developed an in-house management training program to develop employees from the Baton Rouge area, training in areas such as business management, teambuilding, communications, as well as branding strategy for clients.
