Major companies preparing for carbon tax, NY Times says

More than two dozen of the nation’s biggest corporations, including the five major oil companies, anticipate that the government will eventually put a price on carbon pollution, according to The New York Times, which cited a study by the environmental data company CDP. Besides the major oil companies, Wal-Mart (WMT) and American Electric Power (AEP) are among the companies preparing for a carbon tax, the newspaper stated.
