Marin Software: 1Q Earnings Snapshot

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ Marin Software Inc. (MRIN) on Thursday reported a loss of $4.6 million in its first quarter.

On a per-share basis, the San Francisco-based company said it had a loss of 77 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 50 cents per share.

The cloud-based digital advertising management company posted revenue of $13.4 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in July, Marin Software said it expects revenue in the range of $11 million to $11.5 million.

Marin Software shares have climbed 4.5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $5.55, a drop of 31% in the last 12 months.
