SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ Marin Software Inc. (MRIN) on Tuesday reported a loss of $4.6 million in its fourth quarter.
The San Francisco-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 5 cents per share.
The cloud-based digital advertising management company posted revenue of $22.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $16.5 million, or 43 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $99.9 million.
For the current quarter ending in April, Marin Software expects its results to range from a loss of 14 cents per share to a loss of 13 cents per share.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $19 million to $19.5 million for the fiscal first quarter.
In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit $2.30. A year ago, they were trading at $3.
