The Lahaina, Hawaii-based company said it had net income of 19 cents per share.
The real estate company posted revenue of $2.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $565,000, or 3 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $11 million.
Maui Land & Pineapple shares have increased 25 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 5 percent in the last 12 months.
