WEST HARRISON, NY--(Marketwired - Apr 14, 2014) - Medient Studios, Inc. (OTC Pink: MDNT) (
Founding CEO Manu Kumaran's Medient plans to turn the Hollywood film production model upside down by building the world's largest mega Studioplex in Effingham County, Georgia. He pledges to do to Hollywood what Henry Ford did to automotive manufacturing when Ford introduced the assembly line.
While Tinsel Town titans scoff, the feature story on Medient describes nuts and bolt details of how management is building "an Intellectual Property Factory to change the world." Advanced technology will be able to create many famous city surroundings without journeying to the actual spots. Around the clock film making will take place with some films made in more than one language or with multiple casts. In addition, a tremendous amount of tax credits from locating in the state of Georgia are possible. "Often in a typical shooting day we only shoot for up to two hours in a 12 hour day," the article quotes Kumaran. "With our technology pipeline, as designed and implemented, we could be shooting 6 or 7 hours a day. That is shrinking the time to produce to a third, maybe a quarter."
To his skeptics Kumaran wrote, "You don't control our destiny -God and the believers do."
To his believers (otherwise known as shareholders) he wrote, "Once the Studioplex is operational, Medient will be one of the largest content creators in the world. This is the dream that I invite you to be a part of. If it excites you, then I welcome you to the journey."
